To prepare your child for their visit with us, please be sure to let us know about any medications they are currently taking to know which type of sedation is the best for your child. You are also welcome to bring your child’s favorite toy or stuffed animal for additional emotional support. After their procedure, they will feel drowsy and need time to rest. As they do so, you or another caretaker will need to monitor them for several hours to assist them whenever they need help.
